The three bedroom villa with one bedroom casita is located in the gated village of Bella Clancy and highlights the artistic legacy of Italian architecture with cobblestone streets and natural stone pavers throughout. Upon entering the villa, the high-relief artisan-crafted wooden doors with hand-forged iron treatments and the wrought-iron light fixtures accentuate the custom-crafted nature of the residence.
There are multiple water features from the moment you enter the private courtyard to the master bath patio with Italian fountain, as well as the pool fountains and cascading spillways. The villa offers plenty of intimate, casual, yet elegant courtyards with natural light and ventilation for the outdoor living experience with stone fireplaces, fountains, and private loggias to maximize any desert lifestyle.
With Tuscan influences this villa features stone and brick treatments, hand-applied antiqued plaster walls for a dramatic and inspiring look. The great room features a décor of heavy stained wood crescent windows, beautiful wood beam ceiling treatments, and a combination of flooring from hardwood to pavers for an old world ambiance along with luxuriously appointed furnishings. Modern amenities such as surround sound system and plenty of ambient lighting are also featured throughout. The kitchen is perfect for any culinary enthusiast featuring natural-stone countertops and Sub-Zero / Wolf appliances. The bedroom quarters offer luxurious amenities each offer en-suite baths and private patios. The Master Suite features traditional appointments with an ensuite master bath including a platform tub and steam shower showcased in travertine. The casita offers additional private quarters with comfortable appointments. |
