This home with three bedrooms and three-and-one-half-baths offers natural wooded views, and is close to dining and shopping at Bohicket Marina. Guests also enjoy to access to wireless internet. Please note: This home has bedding for six guests but allows up to eight. 7-night minimum rental required.
The open living room has high ceilings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable, and abundant seating. A sitting area off the living room is a perfect reading nook, or just a nice cozy place to sit and talk. The opposite side of the room has sliding glass doors which access the deck. The furnished deck includes a gas grill, and offers natural wooded views. The dining area seats up to six guests at the table, and adjoins the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar which seats another five guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and has a kitchen island to help make food prep easier. Guests can access the furnished screened porch from the dining area. A hall half-bath serves the living areas of the house.
The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes a flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and also has a flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable, plus a wall of windows to let in the sun. This bedroom also has a private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. It has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable, and a private bath.
Special Note: *Seabrook Island Club amenities and services operate on a cashless system. Guests must obtain a Club Access Card, available from the Seabrook Island Club, after check-in. This Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week, plus a $20 deposit. All guest activities on the Island, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., will be charged using the Club Access Card. Guests will be rebated $25 a day, up to $150, for the cost of this Card. |
