This home, located within the Villages at Seabrook Island, has access to a private community pool and picnic area, as well as access to the Seabrook Island Club and its amenities. This newly developed community offers a neighborhood swimming pool and covered lagoon-side picnic area located across the main street (about 50 yards away), and is within close walking distance of the Equestrian Center and Tennis Center. This home is a bike ride from the beach or Bohicket Marina Village. Guests also enjoy high speed wireless internet access. This home has bedding for six but will allow up to eight guests.
FIRST FLOOR: The rocking chairs on the front porch invite you to sit a spell and enjoy the Southern hospitality of Seabrook Island. Upon entering this lovely home, guests find themselves in the open living area, which offers plenty of comfortable seating, as well as hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead to the furnished back deck, which has a table for two, and additional seating. The dining area can accommodate up to eight guests at the table, while the fully equipped kitchen includes such amenities as stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and tile backsplash. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The full bath also connects to the hall.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and its own private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. A TV and DVD player are available in this room, as well. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a trundle bed. The clever bedframe is accented with skateboard decks, and there is a flat-screen TV available in this bedroom, as well as a private bath.
Special Note: *Seabrook Island Club amenities and services operate on a cashless system. Guests must obtain a Club Access Card, available from the Seabrook Island Club, after check-in. This Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week, plus a $20 deposit. All guest activities on the Island, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., will be charged using the Club Access Card. Guests will be rebated $25 a day, up to $150, for the cost of this Card. |
