Beautiful home with pool situated on a large wooded lot backs up to a quiet lagoon in the exclusive Mariners section of Palmetto Dunes. Guests will enjoy exploring the lagoon in the FREE KAYAK (seats 1 or 2). Life jackets are provided. The pristine 4-mile long ocean beach is just a quick 10 minute bike ride away.

Home is large (3,300 sq. ft.) with a bright open floor plan. The 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 and can accommodate 2 more on a queen sleeper sofa in the private office. The large open living room and family room with HD TV, cable, DVD, and stereo CD/radio system are great for inside activities. There are additional flat screen TVs in the master suite, 1st floor bedroom and kitchen.

Large private patio/pool space is a great place to wind down after a long day at the beach. Pool with corner spa is large (15’x30’), so kids can really swim. Stainless steel grill is perfect for your outdoor BBQs. Patio table seats 6-8, and there are additional patio chairs and lounge chairs to accommodate everyone in your party.

Large eat-in kitchen with center island has stainless steel appliances, Silestone counters, beautiful cherry cabinets and flat screen TV. Wall of windows over the sink area provides a beautiful view of the lagoon and private dock. Breakfast table seats 4. Separate dining room has a wet bar and wine refrigerator. Dining room table seats 8-10. Screened porch off kitchen and family room has white wicker furniture and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening.

Four of the five guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor: Master suite has vaulted ceilings, king bed, HD TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the lagoon and pool/patio space. Large tiled master bath has double vanities, jetted tub and large separate walk-in shower. Second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Third and fourth guest bedrooms each have twin beds. Additional 2nd floor bathroom has double sinks and separate tiled shower/tub area. The fifth guest bedroom is located on the 1st floor and is furnished with a king swing bed, HD TV and ceiling fan. The 1st floor bathroom includes two separate vanities and walk-in tiled shower.

The 1st floor private office with direct access to the pool/patio space is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and computer desk w/chair. Free wireless internet is provided. Separate laundry room with full-size LG front loading washer and dryer is also located on the 1st floor.
