Through the front door and to your left is the living room. This room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, a and plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa. There is a 46 inch high definition flat screen TV and DVD player, and sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished sundeck which has some ocean peaks between trees across the street. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is just down a set of three steps from the living room. It has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, which seats up to two guests. The dining area seats up to six guests at the table, and has access to the screened porch via sliding glass doors. Guests can enjoy dining outside; a table seats up to four guests. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a TV, deck access and a private bath with stall shower and double sinks.

A bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and TV, plus access to a private deck with some ocean views across the street. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and TV. This second bedroom has access to another small private deck via sliding glass doors. The two bedrooms share access to the full hall bath, which has a tub and shower combination.
