The nicely appointed kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and includes hardwood floors, granite countertops and a pass through to the small breakfast table in the foyer, which can seat three guests. The dining area has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan, and seats up to six guests comfortably. It has access to the screened porch, where guests can choose to dine al fresco at a table which seats six. The screened porch opens to the sun deck, which has built-in seating and a barbeque grill.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes its own TV with expanded tier cable. This bedroom has a full private bathroom with decorative tile accents and a granite vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and shares a full hall bath with the third bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed.
