This second floor villa offers golf course/lagoon views and includes access to the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club. This villa is located across the street from the Beach Club and just beside the Golf Club.

The living area, with golf course and lagoon views, has hardwood floors and a sleeper sofa that provides additional bedding. The living area also opens onto the deck which provides outdoor living space. The deck also overlooks the lagoon and two golf courses. The dining that seats four is open to the living area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and tile floors.

The master suite has a King bed, TV, and private bath. This bedroom also overlooks the golf course. The second bedroom has two Full beds, TV, and private bath.

The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
