Besides the Tiki bar with its serving area, grill area, and refrigerator, there is also an interior serving bar with refrigerator, ice maker, and a pass-through to the pool deck. The first floor master suite is luxury itself, with a sitting area, king size bed, TV, DVD player, couch, large closets, and a fabulous master bath with Saturnia covered vanities, a whirlpool tub, and large glass shower. There is another first floor bedroom with a queen bed with adjoining bath (shower only) close to the pool deck entrance. The pantry and utility area with a washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen and a separate butler’s pantry serves the dining room.

The 6th bedroom has a king bed, TV, door to deck, and bathroom with a shower only (shares with 7th bedroom). The 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds, door to deck, and shares a bathroom.

The last bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and 2 decks. A private bathroom has a tub/shower combination (can also access from hall). The reading loft has a pull out sofa bed, which can be opened when needed. The media room is the center of activity on the second floor with its large screen television, DVD and built in sound system. A large sun deck on the second floor is connected to the pool deck by an outdoor circular staircase. And…just in case the laundry builds up, there is a second washer and dryer on the second floor!
